Who am I?

My name is Allison Logan. I am a marketing and communications specialist working for the University of Florida Department of Computer & Information Science & Engineering and a freelance front-end web developer. I graduated from UF in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in journalism focusing on editing and web development and in 2015 with my master's degree in mass communication focusing on web design, branding and online communication.

I specialize in designing newsletters, postcards, one-pagers, graphics and illustrations; designing and developing interactive, responsive websites; writing and editing news and feature stories; social media management; and project management. My web development focus is mainly on the front end with HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery and PHP.

I have been working in journalism and web development since early high school. Some of my skills include excellent use of all Adobe programs, Git (personal | work projects), SEO, analytics, coding, social media, training, project management and beta testing.

I am always open to exciting opportunities, with my resume available for download.
